What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site.
The contact form collects your name, email, company, and message. Company is optional.
The NetGuardian waitlist form collects your email address and nothing else.
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
We don't set cookies. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere.
We don't buy, sell, or rent personal information. Ever.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database that CyberIO controls.
Only Michael Herrera can read them. Nobody else has access.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which logs standard request data such as IP addresses.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to you. That's all.
Waitlist emails get one message when NetGuardian launches. You can unsubscribe in that email.
We won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions for as long as we're talking, plus two years.
We delete waitlist emails within 90 days of the NetGuardian launch.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
You can ask us to delete it, and we will.
Email michael@cyberio.us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
